Your Lifetime Wellness 360 membership covers a personalized care for your ongoing medical conditions and acute issues, as well as ongoing access to your provider. This includes a quarterly virtual visit. Our goal is to provide the support you need to manage your health in a way that feels authentic to you.

Rich Health is a second opinion service. We also offer a subscription model. We are not considered insurance, nor do we accept insurance. We can provide receipts for reimbursement and costs may be reimbursable through your FSA or HSA.

At Rich Health, we believe messaging is a convenient and effective way to provide care, offering satisfaction for both doctors and patients as a stress-free method of communication. However, we understand that sometimes a face-to-face conversation is beneficial. That's why, with your subscription, you also have access to one virtual video visit per quarter. This allows for more in-depth discussions when needed, while still maintaining the convenience of remote care.

Asynchronous care is effective for many routine healthcare needs, but it does not replace in-person visits for certain examinations or urgent matters, and it is not a replacement for a primary care physician. Asynchronous care can be essential for managing acute and chronic issues and providing ongoing support.

Rich Health adheres to strict privacy and security measures, encrypting messages and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA to protect patient information.

Yes! It is helpful for you to attach photos or documentation to aid your healthcare provider in creating your health optimization plan. In some cases, you are also able to send video messages to enhance communication.

Rich Health primarily serves patients age 18 and over on a subscription basis. However, we can provide medical advice, focused, and comprehensive health reviews for individuals of any age. Our culturally responsive providers are equipped to offer guidance on a wide range of health concerns across all age groups, ensuring that families can access culturally sensitive care for all their members.

Generally, you only need a device with SMS text messaging to communicate through Rich Health’s secure platform, though access to the internet may provide a better experience.

We are unable to prescribe or refill controlled substances and would recommend seeing a provider in person for this.
